Here are all the known cheat codes for Mortal Kombat Trilogy for N64

Enter these codes in at the Story screen.
	Press Down, Down, Up, Up, Right Right, Left, Left	Gives you unlimited credits
	Press RUN, HP, LP then press Up + Start in the Options screen	Enables the Blue ? menu
	Press Block, HK, LK, Run, LP, HP, HP, HP, LP, LP	Enables both the red and the blue ? menus
	up-C, right-C, down-C, A, B, B, B, A, A	gives you enable smoke, kamelean, 1 round fighting and more.
Enter these codes in the Character select screen.
	Highlight Sonya and press Up + Start	You can now select the stage of your choice.
	Player1 highlight: Noob Saibot, P2: Rain. Hold Up and press Start.	Select random players.
	highlight Kano, and press down and start.	the screen will shake and Shao Kahn will say " You'll never win." Now choose your character. Many of the matches have been changed to endurance rounds. Some are up to six enemies.
Enter these codes from the Kombat Mode selection screen.
	Press Up + Start	Gives you extra options.
Go to the main title screen. Press A,B,A,A,B. On the pit bottom stage do a stage fatality as a finisher and you will upper-cut your enemy and he should fall on a spike!You can see his stomach split open!
