Here are all the known cheat codes for Need for Speed II SE for PC

Enter these codes in at the Main Menu screen.
	SLOT	Auto piloted car
	RAIN	Makes it rain in non-3DFX mode.
	HOLLYWOOD	Gives you access to the bonus track
	PIONEER	All car upgrade to a very fast engine, but you can't use it to get a high score.
	MAD	Cows will fly behind your car instead of dust in 3DFX mode.
	Hold N while the race is loading	Play at night
	KCJONES	You get to drive a rainbow colored car in 3DFX mode.
	Type ROADRAGE, then in the game press H for the horn.	When you press the horn the cars in front of you will crash.
	RUSHHOUR	The tracks will be full of cars
	SLIP	The track will be slippery
	FZR2000	Gives you a very fast car
	BOMBER	Gives you the Bomber BFS
	TOMBSTONE	Get the Daytona Tombstone
	Enter GOxx	Drive an object or car; where xx is 18 - 51
	VIP	Drive the limo
Type in the below codes to make all the cars (including you) one of the secret cars. When you type one of the go cheats you will be the only car on the road with that vehical, to drive it with all other civilian cars type rushhour then a go cheat.
