Here are all the known cheat codes for NBA Live 2002 for PlayStation2

Hold R1 + R2 + L1 + L2 then press Square(3), Circle(4), Triangle, X(2), Select at the 80's Legend team. At the exhibition mode, press L2 for the Rewards screen.
You can then enable the Legends code, and Kareem Abdul Jabbar will be available as a playable character in the Rosters menu, as a free agent.
	Hold R2 + L1 + L2 and press Triangle, Circle, Square at the player creation screen.	Custom shoes
