Here are all the known cheat codes for Megaman X4 for Playstation

Enter these codes in at the Player Selection screen.
	Highlight Megaman X, then press Circle(2), Left(6), then hold L1 + R2 and press Start. Release held buttons when gameplay begins. You also must find a dr.light Capsule.	Get the ultimate armor for Megaman X
	Highlight Zero and hold R1 and press Right(6). Release held buttons, the hold Circle and press Start.	Get Zero's black armor
Enter these codes in at the title screen. This is before the options screen
	Press Up, Down, Left(2), Circle, Square, Triangle, X(3), Left, Up	Gives you all weapons, abilities, and ammunition ( this code seems to not be working. if some one knows the real one send it in)
