Here are all the known cheat codes for Micro Machines v3 for Playstation

Enter these codes in as a player's name.
	CATLIVES	Gives you nine lives in single player mode
	3LIVES	In multiplayer mode you get three lives
	GIMMEALL	You get all the tracks in multi-player mode
	TANKS4ME	Tanks will be on all the tracks in multi-player mode
	NOTANKS	Tanks will not have weapons in multi-player mode
	WINTERY	When you win the trophy it will be snowing
	CONFETTI	Returns the trophy win sequence to normal
Pause the game then enter these codes in.
	Press Down(2), Up(2), Right(2), Left(2)	Lets you transform your car into any object
	Press Square, Triangle, Square(2), Triangle, Square(2), Triangle, X	Objects will float
	Press square, X, Circle, Square, Triangle, X(4)	Doubles the speed
	Press Circle, Triangle, Square, X, Circle, Triangle, Square, Cross	The computer cars will be slower
	Press Left, Right, Square, Circle, Left, Right, Square, Circle	Gives you a behind the car view
	square, left, left, down, up, down, left, down, down	Big Bounce Mode

	Press Square, Right(2), Down, Up, Down, Left, Down(2)	Gives you big jumps
	Press Square, Up, Down(2), Square, Circle(2), Triangle, X	Enables Debug mode
Enable Debug mode then enter these codes in during gamplay.
	Press Select + X	Wins the current race
	Press Select + D-pad	Changes your view
	Press Select + L2 or Select + R2	Zooms in or zooms out
	Press Select + Square	The computer will take control of your car
	Press X + Triangle + Circle + Square	All cars are distroyed
