Here are all the known cheat codes for NBA Live '98 for Playstation

Go to the User Setup screen and then enter these codes.
	Highlight a team, press Up until the phrase Start New appears. Press X, and enter Secrets as a name, press start. Highlight the Secrets option press Circle. Highlight Enter Secert Code and press X	You have made it to the Cheat Menu
Enter in to the Cheat Menu and enter these codes in.
	Seaweed	The next game will be underwater
	Scary	The home team will be in costume
	Freaky	The visiting team will be in costume
	Cloak Home	The home team will be invisible
	Cloak Away	The visiting team will be invisible
	Lizard	The home team will be lizards
	Reptile	The visiting team will blend into the court
	Eyepatch	Created players have an eye patch
	Monocle	Created players will wear a monocle
	Prisoners	The programmer players will be on the Free Agent list
	Toque	EA Toque on created players
	Pin rocks	Teddy bear players - enable costumes and Lovable Pin mode
