Go into 2 player mode, go to high stakes mode and go to either single race or best of 2 or 3. You must have at least 1 memory card, but it is easier with 2.

With 1 memory card, when you save data onto the card it will ask for card 2. Just move the card into slot 2. Now start the race and then push start on P2 and quit the race. now sell the cars that player 2 gave to you
|
This will give you a lot of money. ( it works better to sell more expensive cars) You can do this as much as you want.

do this during the game:

|
Press select when you have crashed.
|
you will abort the crash and begin back on the road.
|
|
In hot pursuit mode play as a cop. Turn off your sirens while chasing a speader.
|
The speader will slow down, then when you are ready to arrest them turn on the sirons back on.
|
|
Select a car at the car select screen and hold in these codes after you press race:
|

Left, square, circle
|
Gives you a heavy car
