Here are all the known cheat codes for Sim City 2000 for Playstation

Make a new city
	go to the city info icon, access the budget icon (Dollar sign). when on the budget screen press and hold R1 press X, Circle, triangle, square........then do the same with L1, then R2 and finally L2.......you will hear a cheer	"Instant Million" -- gives you a million dollars.
At the budget screen
	Hold R1 and press X, Circle, Triangle, Square and release R1--Hold L1,then press X, Circle, Triangle, Square and release L1--Hold R2,then press X, Circle, Triangle, Square and release R2--Hold L2,then press X, Square, Triangle, Circle and release L2	1,000,000 instacash
