Here are all the known cheat codes for Slam 'n' Jam '96 for Playstation

Select the teams and go to the scouting report screens. Highlight the "Continue" option on the second scouting report screen.
	Press X, immediately tap L1 repeatedly until tip off. Pause the game then resume.	All of the players will have big heads.
	Press X, immediately tap R1 repeatedly until tip off. Pause the game then resume.	All of the players will be small.
Enter these codes in at the Main menu screen.
	Press Left, Right, Up, Down, R1, L1, Square, Down then after a buzzer sounds quickly press Left, Right, Up, Down, R1, L1, Square, Up.	You will get access to the hidden teams
