Here are all the known cheat codes for Tenchu: Stealth Assassins for Playstation

At the Items screen press
	L, L, D, D, S, S, T, S, while holding the L1 button	increases item capacity to 99
	Left, Left, Down, Down, S, S, T, O, while holding the R1 button	unlocks all hidden items
	Left, Left, Down, Down, S, S, T, X, while holding the L2 button	increases item inventory
At the Pause screen press:
	Left, Left, Down, Down, S, S, T, S	restores health
At the Mission select screen press
	Left, Left, Down, Down, S, S, T, S, while holding the R2 button	unlocks all levels
	Left, Left, Down, Down, S, S, T, O, while holding the L1 button	enables Japanese voice-over
	Left, Left, Down, Down, S, S, T, X, while holding the R1 button	enables Enemy Layout Selection screen
go to the level select screen and hold R1
	then press left, down, down, square, square, triangle, square	every level
Pause the game and do the following
	hold L1and R2 then press up, triangle , down, X, left, square, right, O, then unpause the game and press L2, and R2	go to the charge item for default for all weapons
	hit left, left, down, down, square, square, triangle, square	refill life
