Here are all the known cheat codes for Vigilante 8:2nd Offense for Playstation

From the Main Menu, choose the Options screen. Then Game Status. Choose your player, then press the L1+R1 buttons. Enter any of the following passcodes. You Have to press L1+R1 again to enter a new one.( _ represents a space)
	JACK_IT_UP	High Suspension
	DRIVE_ONLY	No wheel attachment icons
	OLD_LEVELS	Original Levels
	NO_GRAVITY	Reduce gravity
	HOME_ALONE	Solitary game (arcade mode)
	MIXED_CARS	Use same cars in multiplayer
	LONG_MOVIE	Watch the ending movie
	HI_CEILING	Lighter vehicles and fly higher with hoverpods
	LLA_KCOLNU	Unlocks all characters plus a bonus character for each team.
	QUICK_PLAY	Fast Action
	GO_MONSTER	Gives all cars big wheels
	RAPID_FIRE	Remove delay between weapon firing
	UNDER_FIRE	Diffuculty is increased to Super Hard
	BLAST_FIRE	Interceptor missiles have an extra explosion.
	GO_SLOW_MO	All of the action is slowed down
	GO_RAMMING	Your player's vehicle will be heavy
	MORE_SPEED	Quick Vehicles
	LLA_DORTOH	Maxes out cars for each character on each team.
